Shipping Rates
Free Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) on orders over £35.
Free Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days) on orders over £100.
For orders under £35, Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) is available with a £3 shipping fee.
Shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Orders
- Delivery times are measured in business days.
- All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. The estimated delivery date provided in the tracking information is an approximation only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. We do not process orders on weekends or U.K. holidays.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
- We do not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be cancelled. Please ensure that a valid physical address is provided at the time of order placement.
- Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Delivery Address
- A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will cancel and refund the order without notice.
